B.Sc. (Hons) Nanyang Technological University
Casandra graduated from the School of Biological Sciences at NTU in 2017. Upon graduation, she worked as a research assistant under the guidance of A/Prof Yang Liang for a year, on the discovery of potential anti-pathogenic compounds against Pseudomonas aeruginosa from marine samples and compound libraries. Outside of the lab, Casandra enjoys backpacking around the world with her friends and watching cooking videos online (but she has never tried any of the recipes). In the Kline lab, Casandra will investigate mechanisms of mono- and polymicrobial E. faecalis wound infections.
